Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Harmony and Reverie
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The product must be damaged when you receive it and proof of damage required.
After we receive your contact, our team will assess your claim and if approved will credit you a refund / partial refund, store credit or replacement item. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Australia Post Regular or Express
Insurance on your items is an extra expense which needs to be arranged prior to invoice finalising
Shipping costs vary due to size and weight of items, Shipping costs are visible on invoice.
Order Processing Time
All items will be posted within 2 business days of payment clearing
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we can upon request send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
